A Wonderful Reminder That Age Is Just a Number! ❤️

We love looking back at what our H Culinary Talent family have been getting up to, and this is a particularly special story from Belles Berry.

Belles recently joined the remarkable Reverend Tom Farrell, aged 93, for a 5K charity run in support of a cause very close to the family's heart.

Tom, who is Belle's brother's father-in-law, was running in support of his son Mark and to raise money for his charity.

What makes this story even more lovely is that Belles had absolutely no intention of running that day!

But after seeing Tom, at the incredible age of 93, taking on the challenge, she couldn't resist joining him. On went a T-shirt, and off she went, running alongside him and making sure he had plenty of water along the way.

It was a real family occasion, with Belle's brother Tom and her dad also there to share in the day.

At 93 years young, Reverend Tom Farrell is a wonderful inspiration and proof that determination, kindness and a little family encouragement can go a long way.

We're delighted to share these lovely photographs and celebrate Belles, Reverend Tom and everyone who came together to support such a meaningful cause.

Well done to everyone involved, and a very special congratulations to Reverend Tom! 👏❤️

A Taste of Something Special with Gareth Baty

We love sharing what our talented chefs get up to beyond the television screens, and this time we’re taking you behind the scenes with H Culinary Talent’s Gareth Baty, also known as The Wandering Cumbrian.

Gareth recently hosted another of his popular dining events at the Egerton Arms in Little Budworth, Cheshire, where guests had the opportunity to enjoy his cooking in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Known for his creative approach to food and passion for quality ingredients, Gareth has built a fantastic reputation for his supper clubs and tasting evenings, bringing people together over great food and a shared love of dining.

Family is at the heart of Gareth’s cooking. Each dish on his MasterChef final menu was inspired by the people closest to him: These personal connections bring an extra layer of meaning to his food, making each dish not only carefully crafted but also deeply rooted in family and memories.

These events offer something a little different. They’re an opportunity to experience Gareth’s cooking first-hand, discover the inspiration behind his dishes and enjoy an evening that goes beyond the usual restaurant experience.

It’s always a pleasure to see our chefs sharing their skills and passion in such personal settings.

30 years of randallandaubin 🥂

This year marks a very special milestone for H Culinary Talent chef Ed Baines, as he celebrates 30 years of Randall & Aubin in Soho alongside his business partner, Jamie Poulton.

The story began back in 1996, when Ed and Jamie took over the former Randall & Aubin butcher’s shop on Brewer Street. Rather than lose the character and history of the building, they embraced it, retaining many of its original features while transforming the space into the restaurant we know today.

Three decades later, Randall & Aubin has become a much-loved part of Soho’s restaurant scene, known for its fantastic seafood, great food, warm hospitality and unmistakable atmosphere.

Last Sunday, Ed and Jamie opened the doors to regular customers and friends of the business to celebrate the anniversary and, more importantly, to thank many of the people who have supported them throughout the years.

Reaching 30 years in the restaurant industry is a fantastic achievement. To have built a restaurant that has stood the test of time, while remaining such a recognised part of Soho, is something Ed, Jamie and the whole team should be incredibly proud of.

Everyone at H Culinary Talent would like to congratulate Ed, Jamie and the Randall & Aubin Restaurant team on an amazing 30 years.
