Welcome to H Culinary Talent, .

An American-born, Michelin-starred chef with a story as rich as her cooking, Erin’s journey begins far from the pass, # from catching crayfish in North Carolina streams to baking key lime pies with her grandmother.

A childhood shaped by flavour, curiosity and adventure that still echoes through every dish she creates today.
Her route into the kitchen wasn’t linear, but perhaps that’s what makes it so compelling. From Ecuador to India, and eventually Copenhagen, Erin’s path led her to the heart of one of the world’s most respected culinary scenes. It was there, amongst the discipline and creativity of professional kitchens, that everything clicked.

Refining her craft at renowned restaurants including Kødbyens Fiskebar and the Michelin-starred AOC, Erin developed a style that is both precise and expressive — rooted in exceptional produce, shaped by Nordic influence, and elevated by global perspective.
In 2024, she made her mark as Head Chef of Restaurant Texture, earning a Michelin star within just eight months. A statement of intent. A reflection of talent, clarity and consistency at the very highest level.
Today, alongside leading her kitchen, Erin continues to shape the future of food through her consultancy work and international collaborations, bringing a distinctive, thoughtful and globally inspired approach to every table she touches.
