Throwback Thursday 🔧
We’re looking back at a job for a housing association in Romford, where what should have been a routine pump station service turned into something a little more unexpected.
When our engineer arrived on site, he discovered the control panel had been vandalised. We contacted the customer straight away and arranged for our electrician, Calvin, to visit.
On arrival, Calvin found the pump station had flooded. He replaced the damaged panel and floats, then lifted the pumps to gather the information needed for the next stage of work.
Within 24 hours of the initial visit, we had a quotation over to the customer so they knew what was needed next.
A good example of how a routine service can uncover issues before they become an even bigger problem, and why having an experienced team on hand makes a difference.
Great work from Calvin and the team 👏
