Finished in K rends silicone tc15 colour Pearl ! 🎨

We battled through all kind of weather conditions to get this one over the line !

Full re render of this property , including replacing all cast iron down pipes and soil-stack with fresh black pvc !

The detailing on this one took alot of time and effort but the customer wanted to keep some original features and we made sure everything was spot on 👌🏻😎!

It was great to catch up with the guys at N.Schofield Plastering & Rendering Specialist last week as they worked on their latest project at Coates Lane, Barnoldswick!

They used our Silicone TC15 Limestone White, a popular system they’d apply across Lancashire and the M65 corridor and we were delighted to give them our “Recommended by K Rend” banner.

All Fascia's and soffits cleaned down! and mastic sealant as standard to leave it all looking fresher and cleaner than when we started 👌🏻✅

K rend silicone tc15 job complete ✅

The customers wanted a fresh modern look to the front of the property but also wanted the old tired cladding removed and some thermal insulation applied before rendering!! As the room directly behind the cladding was always cold 🥶🥶!

We decided to apply a 50mm external wall insulation Board to replace the cladded area and then completed a full K rend thin coat render system to the front of the property !

They have already noticed a massive difference in thermal performance added to the room directly behind the insulation board and also mentioned it feels warmer downstairs also ! 👌🏻🔥🔥😎!
