All Fascia's and soffits cleaned down! and mastic sealant as standard to leave it all looking fresher and cleaner than when we started 👌🏻✅

K rend silicone tc15 job complete ✅

The customers wanted a fresh modern look to the front of the property but also wanted the old tired cladding removed and some thermal insulation applied before rendering!! As the room directly behind the cladding was always cold 🥶🥶!

We decided to apply a 50mm external wall insulation Board to replace the cladded area and then completed a full K rend thin coat render system to the front of the property !

They have already noticed a massive difference in thermal performance added to the room directly behind the insulation board and also mentioned it feels warmer downstairs also ! 👌🏻🔥🔥😎!

We completed the full internal Plastering renovation on this property just after Christmas 🔨! We were called back to update the exterior Look of the property 🏠🏠!

Ecorend Mr1 was the materials used on this one !

Colour chosen - Earth taupe 🎨 Something a little different but the customer wanted to go for something a little different 🙌🏻😁!

We have been working back at a previous job this week doing some internal works ! 🔨🔨

It was nice to go back and see the Render we completed back in 2024 still looking like new 😍!

This is one of the advantages of a Silicone render system 😎🔨🔨🔨✅!

Bungalow completed in Clitheroe ✅

First Render job finally completed after a horrid start to the new year with the weather ☔️☔️☔️☔️

Existing render knocked off! and a silicone render system applied .

There was some newer looking brickwork from an extension added so we decided to render the full front so it all flows nicely 😎😎!

Everything removed and re fitted once the fresh new render had been applied ✅ As always left cleaner than when we arrived 🧽🧽!

We are already booking up fast this year and are way into summer with our rendering works ! so if you are thinking of getting your house rendered this year make sure to get in contact soon 🔨😎. Thanks Nick
