As well as great view of the fells the top floor offers the added bonus of a kitchenette. The total workspace available is 1,392 sq. ft. across 4 offices of varying sizes.

Well deserved to our own Marathon Man MBE 👏🥳

Delighted to accept the Cumberland Council Special Recognition Award at the 2026 Pride of Cumbria Awards, from Cumberland Council last week.

A special moment to share this recognition with Beau. The last few months have been incredible, and to be recognised in this way means a great deal to us both.

It was also lovely to spend the evening with family and colleagues from Sellafield Ltd, celebrating the amazing people and stories that make Cumbria such a special place.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our fundraising journey. This award belongs to all of you too.

There’s been a lot of conversation recently around the idea of a “lost generation” of young people.

A new report is highlighting gaps in access to opportunity, experience and early support, something many organisations are already seeing in practice.

Dream Placement is one of the ways we’re responding to this here in Cumbria.

Through a six-month leadership and development journey, every young person who applies builds confidence, develops skills and gains insight into a range of career paths.

Alongside placements, young people take part in development events and a selection event, giving them valuable skills, interview practice, helping them build confidence and connect with employers.

It’s about making sure more young people are able to explore what’s out there and make informed decisions about their future, not just those who secure a placement.
