Phoenix Enterprise Centre We are the Business Centre with a Community Voice. Offering affordable, flexible, easy-in, easy-out office workspace in Cleator Moor.

All office space is housed within heritage buildings that are ideal for startups, freelancers & growing businesses. Phoenix Enterprise Centre (PEC) is much more than just a workplace, it is a mature, professional business environment that nurtures and inspires businesses. Offering a unique range of services including managed workspace and office accommodation, conference and meeting rooms, business support and services, employment advice and guidance, and regeneration activities. PEC are one of the only companies in Cumbria to offer a flexible 1 month “easy in easy out” occupancy agreement, and flexible hourly rates for meeting rooms. Housing more than 30 businesses employing over 240 people in over 40,000sq ft of premises ranging from workshops to large office suites. Ideally located only 10 minutes from Westlake’s Science and Technology Park, and Sellafield, and only 15 minutes to Whitehaven via the main bus route.

Today was the final pitch from the entrepreneurs who have attended the first School of Social Enterprise programme here in Cleator Moor.

Back in August we advertised this event which has been collaboratively brought together by Centre for Leadership Performance Social Enterprise Cumbria Cumberland Council Morgan Sindall Construction and ourselves.

For the past 6 weeks the participants have been given the tools that could help them make their dream of running a Social Enterprise in Cumbria a reality…..and who knows maybe they will expand their idea across other counties !!
Well done 👏🏻 to everyone, we will be following your journey! 🗺️

Did anyone mention Halloween 🎃!!

During today’s fire alarm testing we found that new tenants Westlakes Engineering have made a real effort in their offices with ghoulish 👻 decorations.
We absolutely ❤️ it and can’t wait to see what Christmas 🎄 will bring!!

Maybe we need to have a Festive Christmas office challenge amongst all our tenants🤔…..PEC The Halls or Enterprise of Joy??

This is a second-floor office within our main Phoenix House building. Tenants enjoy 24-hour access to their office via a secure key fob system.

The building offers shared kitchenette space on two floors, along with additional shared facilities. Meeting space is also available to book through our reception team, who additionally manage all post and deliveries on behalf of tenants.
