Is it necessary? The answer is yes. Why? It protects the health of your shoulder when attempting to lift more weight. In addition to shortening range of motion. Making it easier to lift more 💪🏼

To celebrate the launch of my new 10 week Online Strength Programme I will be offering 2 people the chance to win one 10 Week Online Strength programme worth £150 as well as, a £50 Gymshark voucher! 😍
 
The new online programme is focused on progressing to your top end strength as well as, changing your physique. Because why can’t you do both! This goal-specific programming is set to improve your Squat, Deadlift, Hip-Thrust and Bench press. You will receive a nutrition plan - bespoke to you. Alongside weekly check-ins where you will receive support from myself whether this is nutrition or well-being. You will have access to a database of exercise instructional videos which will all be available via an app.

There are some requirements prior to starting the programme. The athlete must have at least 1 years’ experience with compound lifts and free-weights within a gym setting.

TRIATHLON UPDATE
Running going well. Never once thought I’d say I’m actually enjoying running at the moment, who’d of thought 🤷🏻‍♀️
Having an aim to work towards is fantastic and really makes you push and want to train. It’s so important to have goals to work towards - even if it’s something small. Such as drink 2 litres of water per day; 8 hours sleep per night or just walk for 15 mins a day. It gives you purpose and structure.
This is only the beginning of training at the moment have so much more to come and I can’t wait 😬 I’m really liking the idea of becoming a Hybrid athlete - doing all sorts basically! Who knows what’s in store in a few years time 😜
