Interesting stuff but I’m not liking the catch? Basically what the report is saying is that ‘strategic thinking’ (sometimes designer born and led) needs to be shared more in a business setup, perhaps through mentoring? To me, this means a designer gets an even smaller share with little or no credit for their role in business functionality? I’ve seen it all before!

Very interesting piece. This for me is the downfall of a relationship. It’s a designers job, based on their experience and work, to communicate creatively. Let them do that and the results are glorious.
