The founder of Blue Skies Consultancy Group has written a practical tourism development book designed specifically for tourism SMEs.
The book focuses on helping small and medium-sized tourism businesses strengthen their foundations, improve market access, develop stronger products, understand their customers, build more effective marketing systems, and move towards sustainable growth.
It draws on many years of hands-on tourism development experience, including work with SMEs, tour operators, destinations and development programmes across international markets.
The aim is simple: to provide tourism entrepreneurs with clear, practical guidance that can be applied directly inside their own businesses — whether they are at start-up stage, rebuilding after disruption, or looking to grow into domestic, regional or international markets.
