🎉Welcome Sol – Delego’s New Apprentice!

We’re delighted to introduce Sol Lyons, who has joined the Delego team as our new Apprentice Marketing Assistant.

Sol joins us after completing his A Levels in Business Studies, Photography and Product Design, alongside gaining valuable experience in hospitality and managing his own social media brands. This combination has already given him a great mix of creative, commercial and communication skills.

Now ready to take the next step into the world of work, Sol is looking forward to putting his skills into practice, developing his experience and taking on new challenges within the team.

In his role, Sol will be working across a range of new and existing client projects, supporting with marketing, social media, content creation and tender requirements.

We’re excited to have Sol on board and look forward to seeing him grow, develop and make his mark at Delego! 👋

Delego: Next Generation Engagement! 🎓

Last Friday, our Managing Director, Heather Syers-Wollen, had the pleasure of volunteering at the local Brompton Academy’s careers networking event.

At Delego, we regularly highlight the importance of community engagement and education support to our clients, so it was fantastic to have the opportunity to take our own advice and put those values into action by engaging these students in our local area.

The event brought together professionals from a range of industries to share their career journeys and experiences. Students had the opportunity to network, ask questions, and gain valuable insight into the different career paths and opportunities available to them.

It was a fantastic opportunity to highlight that there is no single route to success. Every career journey is unique, and hearing real-life experiences from professionals can help inspire and encourage students as they consider their own futures. 💬

A Few Days in Leeds Well Spent – UKREiiF 2026!

We’re just back from UKREiiF 2026, and it was a fantastic few days for the UK’s real estate, regeneration and infrastructure community.

There were plenty of interesting topics being discussed across the industry, and some great new connections made, reinforcing just how important networking and relationship-building remain within our sector.
