The latest research is telling us to lift heavy during peri-menopause and beyond, and we’re here to help you get started—even if you've never lifted before!

Join our Women-Only Weightlifting Classes at CrossFit Clifton, where you'll learn to lift safely, effectively, and with plenty of fun. Build strength, boost your bone density, and increase muscle mass—all while meeting like-minded women who are embracing this powerful new chapter.

If you're interested in joining our next post partum parent and baby exercise programme, please get in touch and we'll keep you up to date with developments.

To join the course, you need to be at least 6 weeks post partum and had GP sign off to exercise.

Our post partum exercise coach will contact you before the start of the course to complete an initial consultation to make sure that you're ready and safe to start exercising again.

Our functional fitness studio is bright and clean and fully equipped to make your journey back to exercising fun and enjoyable.

We are limited to 8 spaces, so if you are keen, drop us a DM today.

Come and join our parent and baby exercise classes at Pembroke Road Fitness in Clifton, Bristol.

Your first class is FREE but you'll need to get in touch with us first so we can assess your readiness to return to fitness.

Bring your little one along too. Our classes are small and inclusive and you'll be able to take breaks when your baby needs you. Focusing or post-partum rehab, our pregnancy and post-partum expert, Jess, will guide you back to fitness.

P R Fitness Bristol are pleased to introduce our Parent and Baby class for post natal exercise. Starting on Monday 13th June the class will be held every Monday and Thursday at 11am.

This class aims to get you feeling active and energised whilst adapting to your body’s needs as a new parent. Each week, the class will begin with some breath and pelvic floor rehabilitation work followed by strength and fitness, structured around functional movements.

The class is suitable for people new to exercise as well as those who were regularly attending CrossFit or other functional exercise programmes before giving birth. The best part is that you can bring your little one(s) with you while you train.

The class flow is very fluid so needing to take feeding breaks or nappy changes is no issue. Hang around for coffee and cake after class in our chill out zone.

You can attend this class once you have had your 6 week health visitor/GP check up, if you had a C-section delivery we ask you wait 12 weeks. You can attend this class as ling as you like but we ask that babies who have started to crawl or toddle are not brought to class. Imagine the mayhem!

Classes are £10 per session and can be purchased in 5 class packs.
