HELP

Customer phoned and said when he went out of his front door and it closed he pushed the handle down but door won't open so he was locked out....
The handle is a split spindle kind and only way back into house is by using the key.
He informed me that he was having problems locking the door and the gold colour on the handle had disappeared same as his letterbox.
So I called round put new handles, letterbox and a 3 star ultion lock on his door see pics before and after....1 happy customer

Also put to work my new souber gearbox holder what a good bit of kit
