Snibston St. James Business Centre Snibston St. James Business Centre is located on Highfield Street in Coalville, Leicestershire. Includes large customer carpark and access controlled entry.

Providing beautiful, unique and affordable business suites, on lease term basis. St James Business Centre, is a former church, that has been refurbished to a very high standard, many of the original features have been kept and any changes, have been in keeping with the buildings history. There is also ample FREE PARKING for tenants and their customers. The main area of the building is occupied by

our gym studio. There are another six business suites, four downstairs and two upper. The rooms are ideal for smaller sole traders, with eco friendly heating, lighting and internet access if needed. Although we are currently fully occupied at present, we welcome any interested business to arrange a visit and place their name on a waiting list, we will contact you if a suite should become available. Our history is important to us.

Our premises a former church - St James
For many years it was the focal point of the community.

Built in 1915 - two years in to WW1 it must have given much comfort to those who had family / friends away fighting or sadly lost.

When we purchased and renovated this beautiful building we have kept many of the original features- Font, alter steps, arches, windows and stained glass panels.

There is also a nod to our mining heritage with our Snibston Colliery NCB infinite mine shaft , paintings by a wonderful local artists and tally.

Plus we have the foundation stone from the local St John Ambulance Division HQ on Forest Road.
Again thus building was financed by local people after WW2, and for many years it was a focal point for young and old. (We had the best First Aid and Nursing competition teams in the country - probably a bit biased as I was in them 🤣)

Heritage / community, along with fitness and wellbeing is everything.

Heads up - You CAN access the gym and other businesses here at Snibston St. James Business Centre via Guuteridge Street despite the road closure signs in the middle of the road. Standard Hill end is completely blocked.
Alternatively, you could go through Crescent Road,but there is no need to. Xx

A huge thank you to Craig from the volunteer Community First Responder Team, and to everyone who joined us in the studio this morning for CPR and AED training at Snibston St Snibston St. James Business Centre

It was incredibly informative and such an important, potentially life-saving skill to learn. Sessions like these really show the power of community and being prepared to help others.
