Never forget how far you have come. ❤️

28 years in business.

When we look back, it’s hard to believe how much has changed.

We first looked around the former St James Church back in 2010. At the time, it was just an empty building with a huge amount of potential — and a rather big challenge ahead of us!

After years of hard work, planning, renovating and plenty of blood, sweat and tears, we finally opened the doors in 2014.

Looking at the before and after photos now, we can’t help but feel proud of how far we’ve come.

But this journey has never just been about the building.

It’s been about 28 years of building a business together, creating a place we believe in, meeting so many wonderful people and making memories along the way.

It hasn’t always been easy.

There have been difficult times, changes, disappointments and people who have come into our lives and later moved on.

We’ve learned that you can’t always be everyone’s cup of tea — and that’s okay.

We choose to remember the good times, appreciate the people who were part of our story, wish them well and continue moving forward.

Because sometimes, when you’re busy living through the journey, you don’t realise just how far you’ve actually come.

So today, we’re choosing gratitude.

Grateful for the people who have stood by us.

The people who continue to support us, believe in us, make us laugh, brighten our days and remind us why we started in the first place.

28 years in business.
16 years since we first found this building.
12 years since we opened its doors.

And after everything, we’re still here. Still working together. Still building. Still dreaming.

This weekend is also in memory of Sallyanns brother Adam who suddenly passed May 2020 aged 43yrs.
He would have celebrated his 50th birthday on 16th August so we are celebrating his life as we couldn't do during the pandemic.

He loved all things 80s and fitness.

Hence our row challenge being 50miles / 80km

Let's raise money for a good cause.
