Ahhh the exhaustion that is the clocks-going-back Sunday.

Years ago, the clocks going back would mean an extra hour in a bar, all cheering as the DJ announced an additional 60 minutes of jagerbombs and Little Mix songs. These days I dread it. My daughter wakes up an hour earlier, meal times are off and I inevitably hit a wall around this time of day...
