Experienced Structural Engineer? We’re Hiring!

4site Consulting is looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join our multidisciplinary building safety team.

You'll work across residential, commercial and higher-risk buildings, carrying out structural inspections, identifying defects and advising on repairs and remedial works.

Your role will include:

• Conducting structural surveys and condition assessments.
• Investigating defects and recommending remedial actions.
• Producing clear technical reports.
• Supporting Building Safety Case Reports and Fire Strategies.
• Working alongside our Building Safety Consultants and Fire Engineers.

What we're looking for:
• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience assessing existing buildings and structural defects.
• Knowledge of building regulations and structural standards.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Chartered status (or working towards it) and Building Safety Case experience are desirable.

You’ll work across a varied portfolio of residential buildings, advise clients, produce high-quality technical reports and share your knowledge across our wider Operations team.

You’ll be part of an experienced technical team where your expertise is valued, your contribution is recognised and your continued career development is encouraged.

Salary: £58,000–£64,000 (£4,000 London weighting where applicable)
