Interim Management

e-impensa also carries out Interim Management projects for clients. These can be wide ranging and are totally confidential. The areas we work on are retail, operations, man power resources, and cost management, reduction of supplier’s costs, change management and independently briefed specialist projects. All Interim work carried out is by Agreement on a daily rate charge. Interim management gives you a new ‘pair of eyes’ within your organisation another senior member of staff and a fresh approach to your company without the need for employment contracts.
