Today we celebrate Cloud9's Birthday!
As I look back and review the last 12 years I am amazed at how much things have changed, and how much they have stayed the same.
The businesses that I work with are now making more money, but the challenges remain the same.
The level of resilience is the same but for different reasons.
The people might remain the same but leadership styles have changed.
Our reliance on technology is the same but wow how that has changed.
One thing that hasn't changed is my love for business, my hair colour might be different but my commitment and drive for improving businesses and the lives of the brave that own them just gets stronger.

I will definitely be celebrating tonight and want to thank everyone who has worked with me over the last 12 years, and helped to make Cloud9 a business which I am proud to own.
I cant wait to see what the next year brings.
