UsingGroundscrews foundation we crafted this building to maximise the available space allowing the client to utilise every available area to suit their needs. The structure is fully insulated for year round use and benefits from dual zone underfloor heating for the winter months, the edpm roofing will ensure a watertight roof for many many years, trimmed with eurocell facia and soffit contrasting the stone grey wood grain composite cladding for easy maintenance and long lasting great looks and protection, dry lined internal walls and ceiling painted to clients choice and laminate flooring fitted as per choice. Electrics fully installed with inside and outside lighting as required and an ample amount of sockets included. Hard wired internet connection done and to grace this lovely building a 3M aluminium bi fold to complete the look.
