Moorland garden rooms recent project, this 15M2 building, fencing with lighting, pathway, balustrade and lots of soil shifting!!
The garden room itself has a 3 meter bifold gracing the front complemented with charcoal composite cladding, edpm one price roofing, fully insulated floor walls and roof for year round use, dry lined finish, painted to choice, all electrics installed including underfloor heating, laminate flooring fitted too.
Outside we had to make a decking step feature, raise the retaining wall, create a pathway , re fence and add lighting, add balustrade to finish.
We don’t just build great garden rooms , we are able to add the finishing touches too

Moorland Garden Rooms presents this 28 square meter bespoke built Garden Office/Entertainment area. UsingGroundscrews foundation we crafted this building to maximise the available space allowing the client to utilise every available area to suit their needs. The structure is fully insulated for year round use and benefits from dual zone underfloor heating for the winter months, the edpm roofing will ensure a watertight roof for many many years, trimmed with eurocell facia and soffit contrasting the stone grey wood grain composite cladding for easy maintenance and long lasting great looks and protection, dry lined internal walls and ceiling painted to clients choice and laminate flooring fitted as per choice. Electrics fully installed with inside and outside lighting as required and an ample amount of sockets included. Hard wired internet connection done and to grace this lovely building a 3M aluminium bi fold to complete the look.

Recent installation from Moorland Garden rooms, this is a 3 section building with a 3Mx3.3M main room, a 3Mx1M storage area and a 3.3Mx1.8M decked outdoor area for the all important Barbecue. Warm on the Wirral but moorland garden rooms recently completed this 3x3 room finished in maple composite cladding with 2x 1.5M sliders and a tilt and turn full length window, also added a 1Mx1M skylight just to bring more natural light in. Fully insulated for year round use and underfloor heating installed just to make sure. All electrics installed, rubber roofing, laminate flooring, plasterboard finish fully painted, a full turnkey installation ready for use. Recent install from Moorland Garden Rooms this 6M x 2.5M garden gym finished with anthracite composite cladding and utilising 2 x 2M bifolds to open exposing the full corner with a separate entrance door, fully insulated for year round use and electrics all installed and connected , this was bespoke built on site to give the customer exactly what they wanted which is precisely what we do, this again was another returning customer and we’re back soon to install a golf swing room, internal pics will be added on completion of the internal decoration.

Just competed this bespoke 3.8M x 2.5M garden office finished in Maple composite cladding and gracing a 3.4M aluminium bifold and 2 skylights bringing loads of natural light in.
The building is fully insulated for year round use and finished as the customer wished, rubber roofing will protect for many years and underfloor heating will keep this cosy no matter how bad the weather is.
