Quick trip down to Cornwall to collect Dais for the Easter hols 🐣Always great to be back in Falmouth and stayed at a wonderful ‘Turtle Retreat’ Air BnB and enjoyed a rummage at Pants charity barns before the six hour drive back 🛣️

A memory came up today of me and Annie when she was Mayor of St Albans and I was launching Marie Curie, St Albans. All these years later she is now His Majesty The King’s Deputy Lieutenant of Hertfordshire and she’s still supporting the efforts of my team at in the Pancake Race.

7.45am and unsurprisingly first one in 🤓. My car is playing up so had to get a lift with Mr N. Decided to leave enough time for him to get into town and back for his early meeting and … there was nobody on the road!
