🧠❤️ World Mental Health Day

Work is important. Deadlines are important. Meetings are important.

But you are important too.

Today is a reminder to check in with yourself, your colleagues and the people around you.

Sometimes a quick "How are you really doing?" can mean more than you realise.

Take a break. Step away from the screen. Have a coffee. Talk to someone. And remember that it's okay not to be okay.

❤️ A healthier workplace starts with looking after the people in it.

💬 International Peaceful Communications Day

Ah, the workplace email...

"Just a gentle reminder."
➡️ This is the third time I've asked.

"As previously mentioned..."
➡️ Please read the email.

"No problem."
➡️ There is, in fact, a problem.

"Just checking in."
➡️ I'm definitely checking in. 😂

Today is a good reminder that clear, respectful communication makes everyone's working day a little easier.

And if the email is getting a bit too passive-aggressive... perhaps it's time for a coffee and a conversation instead. ☕

🍸 National Vodka Day

It's National Vodka Day... why on a Sunday 😭

As tempting as it might be to celebrate with a G&T, cocktail or vodka-based creation, "not on a school night" is probably a sensible policy.

We'll save the celebrations for next weekend. 😉

We brought the poetry, you bring the coffee!

Some meetings need a presentation.
Some need a spreadsheet.
And some just need a really good cup of coffee. 😂

Whether you're writing your next big idea, catching up with a colleague or simply taking five minutes away from the inbox, sometimes the best ideas come when you slow down.

At Work Panel, we're all for creating spaces where work, conversation and a good coffee can come together.

☕ What’s your go-to coffee order?
