Our main focus is on providing a bespoke CCTV solution that will meet the expectations and requirements of our prospective clients, this is achieved with close consultation and attention to detail making sure the right equipment is used to give the maximum benefit on investment. All installations will include a 3 Year Hikvision Manufacturer’s Warranty on all the CCTV cameras and Systems quoted for and a 12 month Service and Maintenance package to look after the installation for the duration of that period. This includes a comprehensive technical back up hotline should any queries arise in the operation of the system, as well as site visits should there be any issues that we are unable to be rectified remotely. On the anniversary of the Installation, we will carry out an on-site check-up and service of the equipment making sure that everything is operating as it should.
