The client wanted to create space for a new en-suite within this bedroom, we carefully cut through the existing timber truss and installed structural steel to fully support the load. All work was carried out with precision to ensure the structure remains safe, secure, and built to last.

We recently completed a full replacement of the existing windows, giving the property a fresh, modern look.

The old units were removed and replaced with new windows finished in Agate Grey externally and white internally, creating a clean look inside while really improving the exterior kerb appeal.

The new glazing also featured Agate Grey integral blinds within the units, adding both style and practicality.

All windows were supplied by Cheshire View Home Improvements.

A great transformation that has really lifted the overall appearance of the property.

We recently completed a structural alteration project, opening up the rear of the property to create a spacious, open-plan living area.

The existing external load-bearing wall was carefully removed and replaced with a structural steel beam, fully supporting the property while allowing for a much larger, open space.

All works were carried out in line with structural engineer specifications, ensuring the steel installation was safe, secure, and fully compliant.

This transformation has completely opened up the living space, allowing for better flow, more natural light, and a modern open-plan layout ideal for family living.

We recently transformed a garage into a fully insulated, practical living space.

The existing garage door was removed and replaced with new brickwork to match the property, along with a centrally positioned window to bring in plenty of natural light.

Inside, we installed a suspended floor with full insulation and chipboard decking, creating a solid and energy-efficient base. The walls were studded out and insulated throughout, improving warmth and comfort.

We also relocated the gas meter to the exterior for better use of internal space and compliance with regulations.

To maximise functionality, we built a dedicated storage room designed to house a tumble dryer while still providing plenty of additional storage.

Another quality transformation adding both space and value to the home.

A Truly Special Project Completed

We’re proud to share one of our biggest renovations to date: the full transformation of a 7-bed farmhouse into high-quality wedding venue accommodation and luxury rental stays.

Working closely with the owner of the Cheshire venue, we brought their vision to life and completely reshaped the property from top to bottom. Judys hard work and fantastic ideas for what she visioned made this project even more rewarding.

Our team has:
• Remodelled and modernised all seven bedrooms while keeping the original farmhouse character
• Restored and highlighted the exposed beams throughout
• Redesigned the living spaces with new layouts and finishes
• Transformed the old farmhouse kitchen into a bright, spacious open-plan area with skylights and exposed trusses
• Renovated the staircase and exposed brickwork to create a striking feature
• Turned dated rooms into boutique-style accommodation ideal for bridal parties and guests

The before-and-after photos show just how much work has gone into this project. What was once a tired farmhouse is now a warm, stylish and high-end space ready for weddings and holiday visitors.

A recent project we’ve completed.

We removed an old, tired fence line and installed over 100ft of brand-new Superior Lap Fence Panels, complete with a secure new gate, all new posts, and concrete base panels for long-lasting strength.

We also constructed a double dwarf retaining wall, finished with clean white coping stones for a sharp, modern look.

The transformation has given this garden a fresh, secure, and stylish upgrade — and our customer is over the moon with the results!
