X3 full time Personal Assistants (Drivers)
X1 full time Personal Assistants (Non-Drivers)
Part time & Bank hours also Available

Be Helpful are a local Home/Community Care Provider within the Cheshire East and we have some exciting opportunities available for Full & Part Time Personal Assistants to join our ever-growing team – contracted hours are available.

Be Helpful Personal Assistants have access to-
• Full pay for a whole shift NOT just calls times. Be Helpful pride ourselves on Staff and Client Satisfaction - Staff are paid for a full shift such as 7am to 14pm (8 Hours)
This means our Clients have the full amount of their tailored support times and staff have the time to enjoy their position to provide high quality care.
• Mileage paid in full – Be Helpful also pay for mileage as well as a full shift, including travel time inbetween the clients call times
• Bank Holidays – Be Helpful pay double time for x 3 Bank Holidays and time and a half for the remaining 5.
• NEST Pension – all employees are automatically registered into the NEST pension scheme.
• Every other weekend off guaranteed – all staff can testify that everyone always has every other weekend off.
• Mobile Phone Allowance – Be Helpful pay an allowance towards the data staff use £10.00 for full-time staff & £5.00 for part-time and Bank staff per Month.
• Full comprehensive Induction – induction including face-to-face training and support with all policies and procedures
• Employment Assistant Programme – 24-hour support, counselling, health assessments and
much more.

• Full training and Diplomas in Health and Social Care – all staff are provided with training and the opportunity to complete their level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care
• 5.6 weeks annual leave – Full-time contracted staff have 5.6 weeks annual leave per year.
• 2 weeks rota guaranteed – Staff have the guarantee of having access to two weeks rota, to support a healthy and positive work/life balance.
• On-call support & Monthly one to ones – Staff have the reassurance of on-call support provided by the Management Team & Monthly one-to-one with their line manager.
Be Helpful Personal Assistants hourly rate is - £10.00 per hour Mon - Fri and £10.50 Sat - Sun (Drivers) & £9.50 per hour Mon - Fri and £10.00 Sat - Sun (Non-Drivers).
Mileage is paid at £0.40p per mile.
To be considered for the above roles you must be –
• Aged 18 or over
• You must possess a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle with business
insurance if you apply for a Drivers position .
• Have an enhanced DBS check (completed by Be Helpful)
Experience is not essential to apply for the above roles, as full training is provided.
