Acceptance to Terms:
By accepting a quotation and agreeing a date for DND PS LTD services, the client agrees to all the terms and conditions in this agreement below.
1. Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days or on the expiry date on quote.
2. Payment must be made on the day of service, or no later than due date on invoice. A £5 per day charge will be added.
3. Payments can be made by cash, card or bank transfer ONLY (No fee for card payments).
4. Job sheet must be signed by someone who is the property owner for domestic customers or authorised person for commercial customers, to take full responsibility to check our work at the end of the clean before the team leave site. As once the job sheet has been signed, this will agree that the work has been completed to the customers’ satisfaction. Any damage / loss etc must be reported to the office within 24 hours.
5. Stains: Some stains cannot be removed by pressure washing. Tree sap, artillery fungus, splatters from stain and paint are examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. We make every attempt to point out these areas out to the customers when quoting the project. Sometimes, these stains cannot be removed at all.
6. Clear and safe access must be provided to all areas to be cleaned.
7. Parking to be made available on site or in direct proximity to working area. Any car parking or congestion charges to be paid by customer.
8. Our arrival time will be no earlier than 7.00am. Unless with prior arrangement. We will endeavour to work to the time allocated.
9. Water supply must be available for the duration of the clean.
10. Drains: Large quantities of dirty water will be flowing into drains so please ensure drains are clear to allow water to flow away, please note if the ground does not support free flow of water to the drains. Dirty water may pool and areas where water does not drain the effectiveness of machinery to clean the surface may be impaired.
11. We do not guarantee that all areas will be cleaned and all marks will be removed. We will endeavour to remove as much as we can.
12. NO chemicals will be used by DND PS LTD to clean unless given prior written, e-consent by client or stated on quotation.
13. Details of the property address and location of any keys are provided as requested.
14. Cancellations can be made or rescheduled without charge subject to availability as long as 48 hours’ notice is given. (Clients not providing 48 hours cancellation in writing will forsake 50% of payment quoted). On the Day of Service:
A. Please have a working water supply accessible. Please avoid using water during cleaning service to ensure no loss of pressure or volume. Please have all windows and doors shut tightly
C. Please have all pet’s inside before and during the clean. If used chemicals then until all areas are completely dry. Please clear the work areas of all items and remove all sensitive materials from the areas being washed such as doormats, chairs/tables and vehicles
DND PS LTD reserve the right to amend terms and conditions without notice.
