🐦🧹 PIGEON MESS CLEAN-UP COMPLETED! 🧹🐦

Another job completed yesterday by DH8 Pest Control 💪

We attended a factory where pigeons had been roosting inside the building, leaving a mess across the floor with a build-up of pigeon droppings, feathers and general debris.

We carried out a thorough clean-up of the affected areas, helping to restore a cleaner, safer and more hygienic working environment. ✅

Reaching 30 degrees today 🔥 I’ve not stopped all week with emergency call outs trying to keep people safe with the rise in wasp numbers due to the heat

Yet some people expect me to fly around and pop to their homes for free to do inspections 😮‍💨 crazy that some people think others work for free 😂 one thing id never do as a person or business owner is expect someone to do something for free !! No matter how high up the ladder you get guys don’t be like this person 😎😎😎

Have a good weekend and enjoy the weather 🍺

Carpet Moth Treatment Completed – Monday Morning

This morning we carried out a comprehensive carpet moth treatment at a residential property. The entire house was sprayed with a professional-grade insecticide, targeting adult moths as well as larvae hidden deep within carpets and soft furnishings.

This proactive approach is crucial to stop further damage, especially as moths can cause costly destruction to natural fibres like wool. The treatment will continue to work over the coming weeks to disrupt the breeding cycle.

✅ Full-house insecticidal spray
✅ Focused on carpeted areas and known hotspots
✅ Safe once dried – occupants advised on aftercare and re-entry

If you’re noticing signs of carpet moths – such as threadbare patches, flying moths, or larvae – don’t wait. Early intervention is key.
