🌈 ROSIE’S RAINBOW CHARITY GALA ♫ ♪ ♬

Actor ROSS KEMP will host this year’s gala performance by Redroofs School for the Performing Arts in aid of Rosies Rainbow Fund.

Fellow patron of the charity Actress LUCY BENJAMIN will launch the 'Make The Conga Longa' fund-raising campaign on the night - when the children's book 'Rosie's Rainbow Conga' (written by Creative Director Carolyn Mayling Author) goes on sale, alongside a single and a colouring book.

They’ll be joined on stage by 200 current and past Redroofs pupils – including JAMIE KENNA, CLAIRE MARLOW, EVE SHANU, LAURA HARDIE, KARA LANE, KEVIN CRUISE, and CONNIE BURGESS.

It's always interesting to see a film producer and director take on an acting role!

On a less comedic and more dramatic note, it's been awesome to hear Craig Thorpe and Green Witch Films have been storming on ahead with their new feature production, Trying Not To Kill Each Other!

It was lovely to catch up with Craig in Kingston the other day about projects old and new, and I got thinking about one of the last films I was in front of the camera for, the short drama "Sobriety", which tells the story of the strained relationship between two brothers; one steady, stable, due to be married, one a manipulative recovering alcoholic (pictured here)...
