This is a hands-on entry level role. As a small team you will have access to all areas of the business, providing you with the valuable opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors.
What this job involves
Your primary responsibility will be to assist the directors with the day-to-day operations of both businesses. This will include:
• Providing administrative support to the department.
• Administration of delivery paperwork.
• Data entry and report production including
• Filing, scanning and archiving documents
• Liaising with third parties including developers, investors, agents etc
• Maintaining office stock levels
• Handling incoming call enquiries
• Management of social media and website
• Writing blog and social media posts and engaging with potential customers
This is a permanent role and is available in either of the following capacities:
• Part time – c.25 hours a week
• Full time with apprenticeship – as a expanding group, we are able to provide an apprenticeship qualification
To apply you need:
• Be passionate about or take a keen interest in property
• Computer literate, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• A good work ethic and eager to learn
• Good organisation skills are a must
• Well-developed verbal and written communications
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and prioritise
• Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
• Understanding of and commitment to exceptional client service
