Our auctions are held Wednesdays at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 1:30 PM. Viewing is available from 9:00 AM on the day of the auction. Auction T’s & C’s
-We accept cash or card payments.
-A 20% buyer’s premium is added to the hammer price.
-Children are welcome, but must be supervised by an adult at all times. No running or playing with items in the auction room.
-Please keep noise to a minimum durin
g the auction. Disruptive guests may be asked to leave.
-Only bids placed through the auctioneer with a valid bidding number will be accepted.
-All items (except mains electrical) are sold as seen. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check items before bidding. -No refunds or exceptions.
-Once the hammer falls, the sale is final. Make sure you’re bidding on the correct item.
-All mains electrical items are sold as working (unless stated otherwise) and include a 48-hour guarantee.
-Electrical items marked ‘Spares Only’ will have a label and be announced by the auctioneer. These are sold as-is.
-You must pay for your items before removing them from the auction room. A receipt will be checked at the door by staff.
-All items must be paid for and collected by 4:00 PM the day after the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made with a staff member.
-Any items not collected (even if paid for) will be re-entered into the next auction with NO refund, unless delivery or other arrangements have been agreed in advance. Entering Items Into Our Auction
FEE’S PAYABLE
-All items must be booked in on Mondays and Thursdays only.
-We charge 20% commission on the final sale price.
-Each item may be entered into a maximum of 3 auctions. If unsold after the third auction, the item must be collected within 2 days. COLLECTION FEES
If you require us to collect your items, the collection fee will be deducted from your final payout. ELECTRICAL ITEMS
-We only accept electrical items from the general public that are in full working order, with no missing parts.
-Fridges, freezers, microwaves, washing machines, and cookers must be clean.
-All electrical items must meet current safety regulations. RESERVES
-Reserve prices are set by you, the seller.
-Reserves apply for 2 auctions.
-If the item does not sell in that time, the reserve will be removed for the 3rd auction, or you may collect your item.
-We do not charge any additional fees. PAYOUTS
-Payments are made on the Tuesday following the auction, once items are sold.
-We do not make part payments. Payment will be made after the 3rd auction if some items remain unsold.
-Any unsold items must be collected before payment will be issued.
-Payments must be collected within 12 weeks of the final auction. After that, all unclaimed money will be donated to a charity of our choice. DISPOSAL FEES
Any items left on our premises for more than 28 days from the date of entry will be disposed of, and all related costs will be charged to the seller.
