A huge congratulations to all of our winners this month, your hard work and dedication doesn't go unnoticed!!
Tanvi: "Tanvi has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, teamwork, and compassion. She regularly goes above and beyond by changing shifts and supporting colleagues to accommodate their personal needs, whilst ensuring that all calls and shifts remain fully covered. Her feedback forms are always detailed, professional, and completed to a high standard, reflecting her commitment to excellent care."
Sonia: "I would like to nominate Sonia for Employee of the Month in recognition of her outstanding commitment, dedication, and positive attitude. Sonia is always willing to take on additional shifts to support both the team and our service users, demonstrating exceptional flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic."
Chelsea: "Over the past month, she has consistently gone above and beyond by covering numerous additional shifts, often at very short notice. Her willingness to step in whenever needed has helped ensure continuity of care and provided invaluable support to the team during challenging periods. We greatly appreciate everything she does and are extremely grateful for her continued hard work, commitment, and support. She is a valued member of the team and truly deserves recognition for the exceptional contribution she makes every day."
Donald: "Donald, attended a MDT meeting with one of our customers, and multiple health professionals, we received some lovely feedback from a lead social worker for him : ‘Rachel wanted to share how absolutely amazing it was to see how motivated Donald is to support the customer. She was taken aback by how engaged he was and by the responsibility he showed in supporting him’
Karen: "she stayed on after her shift had finished to sit with a tenant who had fallen until his family were able to get to Benjamin Court."
Karen B: "Karen arranged and held a Macmillan Coffee morning on Friday 25th September and raised £460.31"
Suzanne: "she has won through voting of tenants, relatives and staff."
Usha: " Always positive, helpful and calm. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she always goes the extra mile!"
Jaweria: "Although relatively new to the team, Jaweria has taken to the role amazingly and has quickly made a positive impact. She consistently applies her training during visits, demonstrating excellent care, and knowledge. Her compassionate approach and commitment to providing high-quality support have not gone unnoticed."
Damilola: "Dami has been with us for over a year, she will always smiling and has received many compliments from service users and their family members. She is always happy to help out and she is a pleasure to have on the team."
