**DIGITAL PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR @ LONDON RECORDS BECAUSE MUSIC UK // LABEL // LONDON // OFFICE BASED**

Great opportunity for a proactive, organised and engaged candidate with excellent relationship building and analytical skills to join the London Records / Because Music UK team!  The Digital Partnerships Coordinator will report to the UK Head of Digital Partnerships, working as part of the Global Digital team across audio and video streaming platforms.

Previous experience in a similar role within music required, ideally 1-2 years+. This isn’t one for BIY’s entry level crew (sorry!), however if you have at 1 year+ experience in streaming, digital marketing, international marketing or at a platform (or similar) this could be the one for you! The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and spotting trends and stories in the numbers, as well as having strong verbal communication skills, be actively engaged in and passionate about music (alt pop and electronic preferably).

Why is a video cover letter a great addition to your application?

A video cover letter gives you the chance to show, not just tell! This is your opportunity to showcase your personality, skills and enthusiasm for the role, which may be harder to get across in a simple CV or written cover letter. If you’re applying for a creative role, it’s also a chance to demonstrate your creativity and bring your ideas to life. 

Think of your video as your chance to make a memorable first impression on the hiring teams, and make sure you’re tailoring these videos to the specific role and label! Remember gang, it doesn’t need to be a flashy video with expensive equipment, just BE YOURSELF - the most important thing is that it feels authentic to you, and displays the qualities that make you stand out as a candidate.
