Coming from a legal background, Katie brings a rigorous, detail-driven approach to property management, ensuring owners meet their compliance obligations while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Under her leadership, Fixer has become a trusted name in Cornwall's holiday letting sector, known for its meticulous standards and personal, hands-on service. Using minimal marketing and a very particular business model, the Fixer thrives on agency and owner referrals.
Beyond the business, Katie is a highly respected advocate for the tourism industry, championing small businesses striving to survive in a tough economic climate.
