I've just got back from Skegness.
My son Miles plays for CTK, and this weekend they went on tour, six matches against teams from across the country. They won some, lost some, and drew one.
But what stayed with me wasn't the results.
Whether they were celebrating or regrouping, they did it together. When things went wrong, they picked each other up. When there were disagreements, and there were, they dealt with them and moved on. No sulking, no pointing fingers. Just a group of lads who understood that the team mattered more than any individual moment.
At The Commercial Property Experts, we build businesses the same way.
The agents within The Experts Group run their own operations. They're self-employed, they keep 70% of what they earn, and they make their own decisions.
But they're not out there on their own.
They have a network behind them. Support, systems, shared knowledge, and people who want them to succeed. When someone has a difficult instruction or a tricky deal, they don't have to figure it out alone.
That's the model. Individual freedom, collective strength.
Miles and his teammates reminded me this weekend why it works.
Proud dad moment. Proud of every one of them.
