Love Yourself Hello and a BIG WARM WELCOME TO THE LOVE YOURSELF CAMPAIGN

For a long time now I've had a passion to want to help others, especially woman.

Here at Love Yourself our aim is to empower women all around the world, to fall in love with the most important person in their lives, which is...........THEMSELVES As for me the reasons why i started this campaign was because a little while ago now. I felt like i was loosing myself, i felt trapped, i felt very low and struggled with my confidence. At this point my anxiety was at the top. Especial

ly since after having my first child, which I'm sure many of you Yummy Mummy's can understand and relate too. Our aim and vision is to empower and help women all around the world to fall in love with the most important person in their life. Which is.................. THEMSELVES! To many times, us women especially once we become Mothers we forget to look after ourselves as we become far to busy in looking after everyone else. With this over the years, we can loose our self worth, our confidence, our boost, even sometimes our health and happiness. I'm sending love to all the girls out there trying to love themselves in a world thats constantly telling them not too! Because i bet if i asked most of you, to name all of the things that you loved..... How long would it take for you to name yourself???? Happiness means loving yourself and being less concerned with the approval of others. Always remember and say this.... ( Its not your job to like me. Its MINE!!! )

The size of your thighs or wearing size 4 clothes.
They don’t determine who you are!!
Don’t let the media suck you into that pretending perfection trance.
Because It’s a trick - it’s a terrible mind f*

You ARE so much better than that! Maybe consider that heaviness that you carry and feel is the toxic people you surround yourself with, the negative situations and that physical clutter you allow into your mind.

It’s time to let that go.... move forward in your life. Accept nothing and be nothing but greatness and watch how that weight you feel remove itself!

Because no matter what shape or size you are...
You ARE BEAUTIFUL inside and out!
