If you want a cookie-cutter business, don’t do this.

Real growth doesn’t come from staying comfortable or copying what everyone else is doing.

It comes from the harder work of actually looking at your business objectively….seeing what you’ve been avoiding, where the blind spots are, and what’s quietly holding you back.

That process isn’t comfortable. It’s not meant to be. But it’s often where real progress starts to take shape.

It also means being honest about how you’re using tools. AI can be powerful, it saves time, streamlines work, and removes friction.

But it can’t replace the deeper work of understanding your direction, your decisions, and the parts of the business that need your attention most.

Growth tends to live on the other side of discomfort, not convenience.
