I will carry out any secretarial or administration work for businesses or individuals requiring support on a permanent or ad hoc basis. I have many years of secretarial experience working for companies such as Coventry University. I now support companies with Typing of letters, invoices, manuscripts, typing of student dissertations, book typing and editing. Booking appointments, taking messages, r

esponding to and forwarding emails I have carried out transcription work and proofreading documents. All in all I feel that my support enables businesses or individuals to carry on with running their business knowing that all their administration is being carried out in an efficient and effective way. I can be hired on an ad hoc basis to cover holidays or sickness and paid according to the work carried out or on a permanent basis, whichever suits you best.

Here is a little bit about the kind of work I have been involved in:

I have previously carried out work for aspiring authors, typing and editing their novels.

I have provided taped transcription to a Psychotherapist for many years.

Recently I have also acted as a voluntary Minute Taker for a Residents' Association.

Here is a bit about me:- Just so People who have looked at my page find a little more about me.

I have 20 years+ of office experience - so I am reasonable at Word Processing, I am able to input data, I have previous experience working in various offices and have gained plenty of experience.

I have a disability (hydrocephalus) - which has caused me problems with my walking and balance - so I had to give up my last post working with students. Despite the disability I decided to try to set myself up as a Virtual Assistant - which means that you must want someone to help your business to succeed.

So, stop and look

Have a look at what I am about, I am sure you will actually like what you see. I can work for you at reasonable prices. I am only asking that people who like my page - try and see what I am about. I will work very hard for you, I am able to work from 8.30 a.m. in the morning until 5.00 p.m. (GMT). I can work weekends, holidays, including Christmas day. I will work on an ad-hoc basis - so if you are concerned about paying me £15 per hour (which is pretty reasonable) - you could pay me per hour. If your secretary or admin staff are on holiday, or off work sick - I can cover, I am fast, efficient, friendly, hard working. A very good administrator . I am very conscientious, very well organised, very enthusiastic If you want referrals I can supply them. I am able to communicated at all levels. I will NEVER let you down. Why not just give my service a go - you will not be disappointed - I promise. I will help anyone out at the drop of a hat! Everyone who knows me has complemented me on my work and on my tenacity.

Thank you to all who has liked this. I am still looking for customers.

My opening hours are 8.30 until 5.00 p.m. (GMT), I am able to be flexible as I always am. I am able to provide secretarial support to anyone requiring it.

Here is my price list:

If you only require a one off project it may be best to let me know and I can try to adjust my prices and be flexible. I am able to give you an estimate based on how long I feel that your work will take me to carry out. I will send you this before we begin working together.

I can discuss working with you on an hourly basis - if you think that you would only need my support on a very infrequent basis - say for example your secretary needs cover for a few hours - I can step in and support you.

For all secretarial and admin support e.g. word processing or Excel I charge £15

If you are satisfied with my work and feel that we can work with each other I can of course invoice you on as follows

£25 an hour for 10 hours of work - £250 per month
£20 an hour for 20 hours of work - £400 per month

I have experience typing examination papers, academic papers, coursework papers. I am able to work from handwritten work.

Academic Typing - By the Hour = £15.00

Telephone messages are also charged by the hour and include typing details onto an excel spreadsheet and relaying this to clients at the end of the day

All of the above can be negotiated with me.
