‼️ Home visit policy update ‼️

As I’m sure most of you are aware by now I’ve been struggle with vertigo for a number of years since my head operation, driving is a trigger for it. Unfortunately it seems to be getting worse and due to the NHS wait lists I’m yet to see a consultant again to see if there’s anything more that can be done to help, or if I just have to get on with it.

With this being said I think the time may have come where I have to limit home visits. I appreciate this may not work for everyone, and I’m truly grateful for your understanding as I make these changes to protect my health and continue providing the best service I can.

From September 2026 -

*Any bookings for 2 people located more than 20 mins away will be cancelled, or moved to JS in Nuneaton.

*Any local home visits within 20 mins of JS of 2 or more people will remain.

*Any bulk bookings I currently have in my books of 3-6 people & businesses, will remain in the diary as I’m stationary for a good amount of time. However I won’t be taking on anymore bookings of this nature going forward.

If you are one of those bookings that going forward will need to be cancelled or moved (your choice), I will be getting in touch over the coming weeks. I can provide recommendations of local therapists in your area as an alternative however I will say I don’t actually know of any that offer mobile appointments.

This has been a really hard decision but after having to cancel several appointments over the last week & being sick inbetween appointments something needs to change.

Client Becky had her regular monthly treatment on Tuesday evening & sent me this message yesterday 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🥳 She’s recently gotten into running and is making great progress 💜

Client shoutout 🤩 I used to have to treat Sally every week & keep her together with tape whilst she was on the wait list for her knee replacement, along with dealing with old injuries/wear & tear. She couldn’t ride and would struggle to walk at times. Fast forward several years ⏩️ She’s now back in the saddle & I just see her monthly for an mot 🙌🏼 Love to see it 💜
