🌞 Picnic in the Park Success! 🌞

What a fantastic day we had Yesterday at Picnic in the Park! 💚

We're delighted to share that we raised £93 for Alzheimer's Research UK through our fundraising activities at Picnic in the Park yesterday! Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, made a donation, had a go on our tombola, or challenged our team to a game of Connect 4!

We were overwhelmed by the support from the local community and loved meeting so many lovely people throughout the day. Thanks to your generosity, we completely sold out of tombola tickets!

The weather was kind to us too – staying dry, even if it was a little on the windy side!
Every penny raised helps support vital research into dementia, a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts at Home Instead Isle of Wight.

Thank you again to everyone who supported us. We can't wait to see you at our future fundraising events as we continue raising money for Alzheimer's Research UK throughout this summer. 💚

Our lovely bear is still waiting for the perfect name, and every guess helps us continue raising money for Alzheimer's Research UK.

We're delighted to be attending the 2026 Cowes Picnic in the Park this Sunday at Northwood House & Park from 12pm–6pm where we will be raising money for the incredible Alzheimer's Research UK! 🧡 Come and guess the name of our Teddy bear for a chance to take him home!

Come along for an afternoon of live music, family entertainment, games, community stalls, food, and plenty of fun. Debbie works incredibly closely with her clients across the West Wight, building genuine relationships and providing the kind of consistent, person-centred care that makes such a difference to people’s lives.

Her clients know they can rely on her not just for support, but for companionship, reassurance, and a familiar friendly face. She always goes the extra mile to make sure those she cares for feel safe, comfortable, and valued in their own homes.

Debbie is such a valuable part of our team, and the compassion, dedication, and warmth she brings every single day never goes unnoticed.

🎂 Happy Birthday, Tasha! 🎂

Today we’re celebrating not just our Registered Manager, but a huge part of our office family here at Home Instead Isle of Wight💚

From keeping us all sane on the busiest days, to jumping into absolutely any role without hesitation, Tasha is the person we can always rely on. No matter what the day throws at her, she somehow manages to support the team, support the clients, answer everyone’s questions, and still keep everything running smoothly.

Behind the scenes, there are countless things Tasha does that people never even see — from late calls and problem solving, to checking in on the team and continuing to go out and provide care herself. Her dedication to both the team and our clients is something truly special, and we honestly don’t know what we’d do without her.
