Are you an experienced Carer or Care Team Leader looking to progress your career into a varied, mainly office-based role? This could be the perfect opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team at Home Instead Isle of Wight.

Based in the beautiful surroundings of Northwood House, Cowes, this full-time role combines office administration with supporting our Care Professionals and clients in the community. It's a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while continuing to make a real difference to people's lives.

What we offer:
£28,000–£30,000 salary + additional on-call pay (approx. 1 week in 6)
Ongoing training, NVQ development and career progression
Blue Light Card discounts
Employee wellness programme & company pension
Paid office mileage, free on-site parking and Lunch on fridays is on us is on us!

We're looking for someone who is organised, compassionate, confident using computers, and passionate about delivering outstanding care. Previous care experience is essential for this role..
