Applicant tracking systems this where a recruiter or hirers recruitment system is programmed with “Key Words” that the employer is searching for in a CV, so what to do, you could copy and paste the job description into a tag cloud freely available on line just type tag cloud into google. Then see what are the most common words are over 5 letters. Make sure you populate your CV with those Key Word, not a perfect method but it should give you the edge.
