Lucy is dynamic creative bubbly and an energetic person to be around. I highly recommend the Happy Retreat’s! They are great value for money, the speakers look at a lot of take home nuts and bolts of health for your health (based on latest scientific know how) and you will go home after the retreats sessions with revitalised energy, lots of new ideas of how to continue upgrading your self, your work life and your family life!

How to be happy into your 80's with Wendy's art class at our Happy Retreat “Thank you very much for inviting me to lead the Art group last Thursday. I really had a great time – lovely people, both on the course and all the hotel staff, and a wonderful venue. It is such a beautiful place and I had the most delicious cream tea I have ever had. I would love the recipe for those scones, but maybe it’s a secret?! It was also super to be able to bring my two dogs and have them in the hotel with us and then walk them in the garden. I was most impressed with all of it and congratulate you on organising such an enjoyable event”. Wendy Burrows, artist, aged 85 – Wendy inspired the group on how to be happy into your 80’s – totally inspiring lady (and my Aunty!)

"Dearest Lucy,

What an absolutely wonderful time I had on Wednesday at your Happy retreat! The most brilliantly informative and inspiring talks, a highly unusual and fun dance class which had us all grinning from ear to ear and laughing out loud as we exercised and sang along! An incredible lunch of the most healthy and delicious food followed by a heavenly swim and use of Cowley’s incredible spa. I came away feeling so happy and relaxed and then took a look in my goody bag and realised my day had got even better as I munched on the divine nut, seed and fruit chocolate made by Caroline and realised I had a bottle of the my favourite Cowley bath/shower gel!! Bliss!

Thank you, thank you lovely lady. What a success!
