Their arrival will bring a fantastic new food and coffee offering for our tenants, visitors and wider community, creating another great reason to visit CIDO.

I just want to say how truly humbled and honoured Philip and I are by the incredible support that Glorious Bakes has received over the years. What started as a dream has been nurtured by so many wonderful people, and because of your encouragement, Bloomin Delish Café is no longer just a dream—it has become a reality.
We've stood shoulder to shoulder with fellow artisan makers at markets and shows, and we know the passion, hard work and long hours that every small business pours into what they do. We also know that without the love and loyalty of our supporters, none of us would have the chance to bloom.
That's why, here at Bloomin Delish Café, we're committed to stocking products from fellow local artisan businesses. Being rooted here in the CIDO Innovation Centre, at the heart of new businesses means so much to us. Community has always been at the centre of everything we do. If you know us you know that both Philip and I also dedicate our time to voluntary community work because we genuinely believe in giving back.
It's the kindness, encouragement and goodness of this community that has carried us this far. Are you an entrepreneur with a new and innovative business idea?

You can now apply for funding through the Regional Innovation Challenge, a Northern Ireland-wide grant competition run by Techstart Ventures.

The competition supports founders at the earliest stage of development, offering proof of concept grants of up to £15,000 to help test and assess the commercial potential of novel ideas.

After 13 wonderful years of serving our staff, tenants, visitors, and wider community, Unch has now closed its doors at the CIDO Innovation Centre café.

We would like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere thanks to the entire Unch team for their dedication, friendly service, and the welcoming atmosphere they have created over the years. They have been an important part of daily life at the Centre, and we wish them every success in their future endeavours.

While we are sad to see Unch leave, we are excited about the next chapter for our onsite café space. We are currently preparing to welcome a new café operator and look forward to sharing more details with you soon.
