Struggling with feelings of overwhelm is tough. It makes it hard to get through the day and often follows you home, leading to sleepless nights. And this isn’t just for business owners, it is for Ops planners, lab managers, team leaders, project managers and many more.
The overwhelm often comes from too much activity, too much information, not enough support, or, ironically, not enough information. When data is in the wrong format, delivered too late, or, is simply too hard to understand, it has a massive impact on how work is progressed.
