I thought I had better put this on its own post to make it easier to find.
We have as you can imagine been inundated with orders since we announced we are closing. As you are aware everything is made to order and due to the volume of orders this will take us a bit longer than usual to get made and despatched.
The first orders will start to go out tomorrow and then we are hoping to despatch daily until all orders are sent.
I can promise everyone of you that we will process all orders as quickly as possible and if something canโt be fulfilled then we will be refunding those items.
Charlotte now no longer works for the company and has a new job and I have had it brought to my attention that she is being harassed in her new place of work by one of our customers who has tracked her down and is being rude to not only her but her new work colleagues. This really is unacceptable and could cost her job.
If you want updates please ask on this post and I will try to update you as quickly as possible.
I appreciate that when companies close it can be worrying wondering if you will receive your order but I can promise that every order will be fulfilled and if not possible to fulfill the items will be refunded - we are not out to rip people off.
