Weĺl true to form i have been terrible with these updates, but what havent we done over these last few weeks you may ask? I feel like we have been there, done that and got the t shirt .... i cant beleive this is only 3 weeks and a very small snippet.
Just incase you didnt know there has been a heat wave and we have found all the ways to keep cool. We have enjoyed parks and friends and sensory rooms and water play lots of enjoying the great outdoors .... i cant tell you how much i love watching these smalls grow.... we revisited activitys that we tried in april and seeing how far the children have come in physical abilities and in the confidence is amazing! I often get comments of how people couldnt do my job and they dont know how i do it but honestly not only do i have an amazing group of smalls but i also just love seeing where they started and where they have got to ... its the best!
Clocking out for a couple weeks to enjoy my own not so smalls

Well last week i was in the spanish sun so no update but the week previously we had a very busy week, we managed washbrooks farm, a local walk, a trip into town and the bus back which as bus trips go was not to traumatic! Lots was going on! It was also lovely to find such an accessible park for one on our smalls who gets about fantastically but is not quite walking yet

Later than late this is last weeks.
And i think i missed the week before! Sorry guys....but last week was a good week we got to meet some alpacas at toddler group, we hit nymans and had an adventure around our local area. Finished our week at the air conditioned soft play! Which was loved!


Late again! Short week last week just 3 days, we started with our fav toddler group and finished it with the goffs park ...

Late again! Short week last week just 3 days, we started with our fav toddler group and finished it with the goffs park trains, which we loved!
As always plenty of learning packed into such a small space of time but everything helps work towards the childrens milestones.
We used some time this week to have a good sort and deep clean of our spaces and physically track where the children are sitting, what we need to be looking outfor and things we can incorporate to get the children hitting those target.

Very late this post, But last week was a week!
That heat! Now i'm not usually one to complain but that was something else, so it was lucky our topic was about the sea, we were near water at all times some lovely activities we set out and we did really well to keep cool

This week was 'all about us' i loved seeing the childrens different familys and watching them light up looking at photos...

This week was 'all about us' i loved seeing the childrens different familys and watching them light up looking at photos of them. Telling us names and the different people it was very special.
We also squeezed in the sensory room and strawberry picking New House Farm Shop which is always a fave. So we have had a busy week also not forgetting our fathers day cards.
Happy fathers day to everyone for sunday.
Next week we are planning a trip to the beach which we will follow as our topic for the week.

This week we focussed on our amazing bodys!
We talked about all the things we can do, we looked lots at our faces and tried to draw/ arrange faces ourselves.
We drew around our bodies and talked about our bodys. Identified different parts of our bodys which also took us to look at our different sizes who was bigger and who was smaller and incorporate some mathmatical language.
Next week were extending out topic to all about me so we will be looking at our familys, how they are all different.
