Home of the Budget UK Family Holiday, Daytrip & Minibreak Challenge. Also Fundraises/Supports several small independant charities. We are in the cul-de-sac, opposite the school grounds, you can’t miss it. If the free cycling facilities are available, it’ll
be the wall covered in boxes of FREE STUFF.

📚✏️🏫The Longest Summer 🎓📔🖇️

The day my first baby was placed into my arms, I was told to make the most of off peak term time travel & holidays while I still could.
We all know about peak & non peak holidays that revolve around the school terms, everyone talks about it, even the big brand holiday parks are cashing in on it now, with special PreSchooler Breaks & Tots Activities Passes. But most parents of babies & toddlers can barely find time to take regular showers & feed themselves, let alone arrange multiple holidays before the first day of Big School.

But what nobody is talking about is ‘The Longest Summer’ & taking advantage of the first half of that. You know? the Post-GCSE no man’s land between the end of the Year 11 Exams & the beginning of the regular School Summer Holidays?

I kid you not, there are some absolute bargains to be had, especially if you book last minute. Also, as your school leavers are 15-16, they still qualify for a lot of the kid’s’ discounts too.

Seriously, compared with what you’ve likely forked out on Prom, we’re talking literal pennies for a wonderful post-exam getaway & some real quality time with your teen before they head off on the next chapter. And there’s still plenty of time left over the Big Summer Half Term for them to do whatever they’d usually do.
