We’re on the hunt for a sharp, organised, quick-thinking Control Room Operations Coordinator to become the heartbeat of our operations team. This isn’t your average desk job — this is the engine room of the business.
From coordinating officers across multiple sites to handling live incidents and solving last-minute staffing challenges, no two shifts are ever the same.
🌙 The Shift Pattern
Night shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rotation — because superheroes need days off too.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
* Running daily control room operations across multiple sites
* Managing staffing and making sure every shift is covered
* Handling incidents, alarms, CCTV activations, and mobile patrol coordination
* Keeping communication flowing between officers, management, and clients
* Producing reports, logging incidents, and maintaining operational records
* Thinking fast, staying calm, and solving problems in real time
🔍 We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
* Has previous control room, operations, or security coordination experience
* Communicates confidently and professionally
* Holds a valid SIA licence
* Bonus points for CCTV licence and a UK driving licence
