Why do we try and raise our heart rate? Well, because it is good for us in many ways, helps us to improve our stamina, lower cholesterol and can help towards weight loss. Aerobic exercise also improves your immunity.

Who cares? We care!

Our aim is to re-energise you and support your health and well-being. These sessions are aimed at carers (paid or unpaid). Online sessions are also open to a wider audience too!
