ll businesses. Jennifer Spencer founded Real Time Reception following her own experiences as a qualified podiatrist with years of experience in private practice. In 2004 she opened her own busy clinic but found she missed the services of a receptionist:

As someone just starting out Jennifer couldn’t justify the cost of a full-time receptionist so she started to look for telephone answering and reception services – she couldn’t find one so she started one herself. In 2007, Jennifer was joined by business leader Howard Hughes whose extensive experience and knowledge has helped grow the company further. Together they are firmly committed to expanding Real Time Reception’s already excellent virtual receptionist and telephone answering services whilst still maintaining its basis in affordability for all their clients. Jennifer ensures that Real Time Reception is focused on the three qualities that are the heart of all the services we provide:
