On behalf of , Evans Banks Planning Ltd are delighted to announce that Carmarthenshire's Planning Committee determined to grant planning permission for 84 homes at land adjoining Parc Pencrug, Llandeilo. The scheme will not only deliver much needed new homes in a community that has seen very little development over the last 20 years, but 43 of these will be on an affordable social-rented basis. The scheme also took into full account the site's biodiversity assets as part of the final design solution for the scheme, as well as overcoming phosphate restrictions currently in place in the Tywi Valley area.

We have been instructed to undertake a formal Pre Application Consultation for a proposed residential development in Tredegar, Blaenau Gwent. The proposed development will comprise of a mix of bungalows and two-storey dwellinghouses, being semi-detached in scale, all equipped with off-road car parking in the form of side driveways and traditional rear garden space. Evans Banks Planning are delighted to have secured planning permission for Ateb Housing Association for the construction of 67 houses at Llangwm, near Haverfordwest. The application was resolved to be approved at Pembrokeshire CC's Planning Committee, where Councillors heard that all houses will be available to local people in search of social and intermediate rented homes, as well as for purchase under a local cost home ownership initiative. The majority of properties will be two and three bed semi-detached homes, but also with a variety of bungalows for elderly residents, as well as one bedroomed houses for single persons.
