35ml Campari
60ml soda water

This one is from 100% Pinot noir delivered to us in beautiful condition in October '25 and then lovingly turned into a Semi-dry red English Vermouth.

New life from a tragedy 🌿
I accidentally snapped a branch off one of my Wormwood plants rushing it between tastings in November. I saved it, cut it back, sat it in water and realised today that it is regrowing 😌
It will stay inside until warmer weather before joining the botanical family outside when it's ready.
A new plant is born 🟢
