⚠️ Business Owners, don’t be caught off guard ⚠️

Some outsourced HR consultancy firms will not automatically update your template employment contracts or company policies- even when there’s a huge change in legislation.

We’ve met with new clients over recent week who haven’t had their policies updated in 10 years 😮 just imagine how many changes needed to be made in order to stay compliant.

📜 This is not the client’s fault- they have been relying on their PAID consultant to manage policies, keep them informed, and support them with employee communication. This wasn’t happening, and sadly, we’re recognising this is a common problem for small business owners.
