You don’t have to know everything about technology.
I think we sometimes forget that.
You can be perfectly capable of using a computer, phone or tablet…
…and still feel completely lost when someone gives you a different one.
That’s what happens when technology changes.
The buttons move.
Things have different names.
Something you knew how to do before suddenly doesn’t work in quite the same way.
It doesn’t mean you’ve become “bad at technology”.
It just means you’re learning something unfamiliar.
And that’s OK.
You don’t need to know everything.
You don’t even necessarily need to learn everything your new device can do.
Sometimes you just need to learn how to do the things that matter to YOU.
That’s why I enjoy bespoke IT training.
Because we start with what you want to achieve…
…and work out what you need to know to get there.
Technology doesn’t have to be intimidating.
Sometimes you just need someone to show you where to start.
