Originally founded in 1995 as Brampton Skip Hire, North West Recycling are a family-owned business which has evolved to become the region’s largest privately owned waste management provider, servicing Cumbria, South West Scotland and Northumberland. We now deliver fully integrated and environmentally friendly waste solutions for both domestic and commercial customers, with a fleet of 25 vehicles a

nd over 2000 skips & containers, all delivered from a 30-acre purpose-built recycling facility near Carlisle. From waste collection & skip hire, recycling and now to production of high-quality SRF (Solid Recovered Fuel), we’re committed to reducing co2. That's Top Bins, our brand new target-shooting challenge with a recycling twist, landing in the CUFC Fan Zone this Saturday, 12th September.

Highest score wins the day, and takes home a CUFC football, a pair of match tickets, and a spot in the Top Bins final.

Congratulations to Ryan on successfully completing his ILM Management qualification!

Ryan undertook the course to develop his management skills, build confidence and gain a better understanding of what’s expected of him as a first-line manager.

Reflecting on the experience, Ryan said:

“Being a good manager isn’t just about getting the job done, but also about supporting the team and setting clear expectations.”

The course has also helped Ryan feel more confident when dealing with performance issues, delegating tasks and setting expectations, helping him lead his team safely and efficiently.
